I'm preparing for postdoctoral associateship in National Academies Program in the US.
Is it possible for me to apply for waiver?
I've heard that if I get fund from the US goverment, it's going to be difficult to get J-1 waiver.
If I can't get J-1 waiver, I want to change my visa satus to F-2.
Is that possible to change fron J-1 to F-2 without waiver?
