Hello, I noticed on the H1B application, under Part C that there is the following question
Part C - "Numerical Limitation Exemption Information" "Is the beneficiary of this petition a J1 non-immigrant alient who received a waiver of the 2 year foreign residency requirement? - my question is: what is you were a J1 non-immigrant who was never subject to the 2 year foriegn residency requirement? Does this question imply that J1 visa holders are not subject to numerical limitions maybe???
