J-Visa for a child care provider from India

Hi

I am trying to find out if I could bring a person from India as a child care provider (temporary worker) .Please let me know if any one has already done it.

I have a few questions regarding this.

1 --Will it be a J Visa on which He/She can come.
2-- Do I need to have any relationship with this person
3--How easy it is to get a Visa for a person like this.
4--What kind of requirements need to be fulfilled.
5--For how long the person can stay.
