J-1 Visa starting one day (3hours) AFTER arrival
Hello,
I just applied for a j-1 visa that i will be handed on the 14-august-2012 and my flight is on the 18-august-2012 from morocco arriving on the same day at 18:45 to the US though it's precised on the DS-2019 that the form covers from 19-august-2012 so will I be authorized to leave my country on the 18 then stay until the 19 in the airport (american one) ?
I'm so frustrated regarding being held back in Morocco.
