How important are recommendation letters from former college professors and from employers to the waiver process based on no objection? Do they really help or are they risky and might actually hurt you more than help you?
For no objection cases, I really don't think they care. You must only give them what they want: A statement from your embassy. The vast majority of applicants (including myself) never even considered recommendation letters for No Objection waivers.
