This is karthik here. I have got a J-1 visa and i have the two year rule applied to me. I am an Indian. I would like to apply for a waiver. The program is an Undergraduate research internship and i am termed as a short term scholar in the DS-2019, The duration of the program is for 2 months. I am planning to return to the US for my Graduation Studies with an F-1 visa. Now i would like to get a Waiver of this. Can you help me out in the procedures. I am presently in India and will go to the US in a couple of days for my Internship and then return back to get an F-1 visa and go back to the US. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME ON HOW TO GET MY WAIVER OF THE 2 YEAR RULE. I DONT KNOW ANYTHING PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS.
