Hi,
Can anyone tell me if i go to the States on a J-1 training visa and I decide to get married to my american girlfriend of two years. Is it possible to change my status easily or is it going to be difficult? Would she be better to apply for a finacee visa for me?
Also I applied for the Green card lottery last November for 2011, can I obtain a J-1 training visa or does it make a difference?
