j-1 to h-1 without a waiver??

hello
i am j-1 intern over here in US ,i have visa valid for 5 yrs(aug 2014),
right now 7 months are completed
iam subjected to 212e,2 yr home residence requirement
i have chance of getting employed over here
is it possible to change my visa status to h-1b for next 3 yrs without applying for any waiver since my visa is valid for the next 4 yrs
plz help

You cannot change your status to H/L/K until you have received your waiver. You don't have to wait until the end of your J1, so you can start applying for the waiver now.
