My husband is in OPT(F-1). I am in J-1 now.
I came to US with F-2 in 2005, then I got a J-1 in 2006.
However, I would like to go back the F-2 due to several reasons.
The questions are
1. Can I go back to F-2? Do I need J-1 waiver?
2. Do I need to apply for I-539 even if my f-2 is still effective till 2009?
3. If yes, what documents do I need?
Please help me.
