J-1 student visa after J-1 aupair visa.

Hello !

I have a question and I really need your answer :)
- I had a J-1 aupair Visa from Sept 2007 to Sept 2008. But I came back to France after just a month in the US (family serious health problem). So I did not complete my aupair program.
- I went back to the states in sept 2009, as a tourist for a month. No problems at the airport.
- I just got accepted to study one semester at the University of Oklahoma from January 2011 to May 2011. I'll need to get a J-1 student visa, and the University will help me with all the documents.

I was wondering if since I had a J-1 visa and stopped it, the embassy could refuse me the J-1 student visa ?

I am very scared about that...

Camilla, the University of Oklahoma probably has a Visa Office (all or most Universities have), I believe that they should be able to clarify this question. Good Luck!
