I'm in the US on an E-2, my wife is an E-2 dependentwith an EAD. I'm a former Fulbrighter, so the 2-year HRR applies to both of us. I'm currenlty looking to get a Fulbright J-1 waiver either on no-objection or IGA (interested gov agency) grounds.
Hardship or presecution don't apply to us. I'm also not a physician, I work in a creatve field.
Has anybody here recently received a Fulbright J-1 waiver on NOS or IGA grounds (excluding physicians)?
Would be really interesting to hear your experiences and potentially success stories!
