IV Fees for December

Does anybody know how much are the IV fees for this month(December).
I am leaving for CP on 20th Dec to chennai, and would like my Father take the draft before I reach.

This is what I did

first paid application fee RS.12480 one for me and one for my spouse,seperate dd.
second paid RS.3120 each as seperate DD

third paid DD for blue dart 250 + 50 * 2 = Rs 350.

Packet IV is clear pls take time to read.
