Hi every one.my agent paid the iv fee for me and my brother each $230.and when the states says paid on the portal we completed the ds-260.and got our confirmation email from the NVC.but when i log in to the website a few days after that our iv states says not paid and also the ds 260 not completed.do my agent need to pay the iv fees again??i'm really confused i need help
