this is utter bulshit man..did any of the lawyers or anyone has solid proof or

first hand information from consulate re the PCC..why creating rumors like these.forget lawyers most of them even will ask for ur parents BC,MC to fill the forms etc..we are more informed than anyone else when it comes to CP.so be cool and keep this nonsense out of this board.moreover if we didnt submit PCC they wont reject the visa right away.we can buy time from them to sumit the pcc during the interview ,i think it happened for few people who had missing docs..and submitted on a latter date and got approved.

We are more informed that any of those lawyers. we live and breathe immigration information. If u guys dont have anything positive to post then just dont post at all

At the same breath I forgot to add that my attorney says it is not mandatory.. It appears you\'re nervous december CPers like myself.
