I\'m really hurt to see that our corrupt Ministers holding big posts are amasing wealth by fair means or fouls. Now even our Indian Army has joined their ranks. Is this not shameful to make money on the dead bodies of our own soldiers who gave their lives for India. How sad!!!

Apart from Irrelevance, corruption in India is nothing ...

...when compared to corruption in the west.
[you will realize once you get onto biz here and deal with govs as well as pvt entities. If you are yet a programmer, it is difficult to realize this.]
Ofcourse, it is hard to find traffic constable level corruption in the west, I agree.
Do not bother about the dummy ranking by some orgs as it doesnot/can not reveal the unproved/officialized corruptions.
This is an issue of big debate and can be discussed only if one involves in (real) biz in the west. India can never ever beat the WEST in this issue both in volume, style and secrecy.

I aplogize to respond to this issue thoguh it is irrelevant, but I could not respond.
