If RFE issued, does the applicant gets a copy of it or just lawyer gets the Notice(Should I have to get RFE details from Lawyer?)

Normally RFE is sent to the lawyer and you have to request a copy from the lawyer. That is the way it happened for most of the cases posted here including mine.
