140 & 485 concurrently filed on Oct 29th, 2003.

could you tell me what was the email about.Becoz our RD are same.I just ran the scanner on nov 16th i saw so many cases approved around me but mine was not.yesterday night i could not even sleep becoz of that.Iam worrying may be they are also sending me to hibernation.i just dont want to run the scanner anymore.this appproval is very important to me bcoz my employer is harassing me like anything after he applied for 140 and 485.

i cant do anything except praying

Below is the status of my 140 application.

I wish you receive approval pretty soon.

"On May 2, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or
information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional
material is needed".

REF detail..

My 140 REF was about my education. However my lawyer asked me to fax only my W2 forms. I did UG and PG degrees. Thanks.

I think they ask W2 from the time you filed your labor. since mine was filed in Dec'03 they asked for tax docs from then - now. My attorney asked me to show my w2 for 2004 as proof.
