The online message DIDN't change, but the lawyer told me they got the approval notice!

GRCA-2002, does my date look familiar to you? I think your notice is on the way.
 
Man!!.. Congrats, first of all.
Mine LUD also changed but not the message (on 10/26) I have been in touch with congressman's office and they said the "decision" will be updated in the system this week. But dont know the decision . Niether have heard anything from the attorney... But your case does give lot of hope.
I hope your words turn true.

congrats again. Did you get the approval notice yet?

GRCA, I just got the faxed copies for me and wife, the notice date is actually 10/25, even though my LUD is 10/26 (the message is still old crap about received my FP2). So yours is in the mail (or mailbox).
 
WHAT!!!!!!!!! I also had my LUD on 26th october and same old stupid status. Does it mean that I (or my lawyer) might get my approval notice too.............?
 
may be you are also on the same bus, ( or bullock cart). It will turn out be major disappointment if notice do not show up.. :mad:

You were right. Just talked to congressman's office, and according to them my case has been approved on 10/25/04( on the LUD change) on line message still is the old stuff. Attorney still has not got the notice.. but hey if congressman's office is saying its done.. then i can wait for all the other things..

I knew I was right -:) Mugdaha is the next. Now we need figure out how to make the appointment for stamp. I read we need change ss card too.

Did the congressan know why the case status had not been updated?

Congrats Hidden Dragon and GRCA 2002. your cases raises hopes ( i have similar timeline like yours) and makes me wonder what else USCIS is capable of . I am going crazy by checking online messages and cases are being apporved without online updates

Congras, guys. May I ask you guys a question? If you have dependents, did their LUD also change? My LUD was updated on 10/15 and 10/26 but the LUDs for my dependents are not changed. So I guess I need to wait for a while.

They did not know why. But my attorney thought that this was because of the confusion in 551 stamp.

Lao: Yes date changed for everyone. Me, spouse and 2 kids.

Guys,

That's the very hopeful thought guys! I just checked my e-mail and there is no e-mail from my lawyer.May be be tomorrow..monday

Which congressman did you contact to persue your case?
You ND is Oct 02 and I am curious that he/she did not give you a standard "currently the processing date in May 02 so we cannot blah blah.." reply.
