Watz happening to Vermont processing?

The processing is getting delayed by every passing day. We expect the otherway around.

Wat da He11 those MORONS are doing there????? Are they going to high school partime?

Should I have to call those illiterate ppl?
 
NO USE DUDE,

PROCESSING IS GOING TO BE SLOWWER AND SLOWER.

MY ND DATE IS SPE 26 2003 AND WAS CHECKING ON 1 WEBSITE THAT TILL NOW THEY ONLY PROCESSED 16% CASES, WITH THIS RATE, IT WOULD TAKE 3 YRS FOR ME TO SEE SOME ONE TOUCHING MY APPLICATION.

CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT HOW GOVT CAN LET THIS HAPPAN.

REALLY CAN'T UNDERSTAND.

trust me i think ins ppl just do what they feel like doing!! my EAD and AP RD are 21 JULY!!!! thats like forever now.. i dunno if they will ever do anything or not:(
 
I wish we would pay an application fees not upfront but after a case is processed. This simple alteration in rules would change situation dramatically - those bozos would need to move their fat asses in order to get paid. (Of course I understand how utopian this idea is...) Now we just subsidizing another form of welfare for those so called "government employees", who have no chances to be hired by normal business.
 
EAD pending more than 100days- Called National Service Ceneter

Its been more than 100 days and my EAD (filed along with I-485 )
is still pending and the online message showing the same strory "60 to 90 days".
I called 1-800 number and asked what is happening. The representative gave me a free advise saying that I may go to local service center if I need my EAD immidetely. I said ' I know that', I just wanted to know what is the problem. ..
...The person does'nt know what is happening but said currently they are processsing EAD applications(based on I-485) that are filed in Oct1st.

Here are my details.
ND I-140 April 25 ,2003 (EB2)
ND I-485 OCT 30, 2003
ND I-765 OCT 30, 2003

all the applications pending as of today....

lets see ...
 
"Currently we are processing applications recd on specified date", thats what they told you , you must have slaped that person on phone itslef.

based on there so reliable date processing system, they are processing "Advance Parole" cases filed on and after "oct 8th" mine is filed on Sep 26 and still no sign of any approval or anything, This Processing date si the biggest bulshit you can ever hear from them, bottom line is that

"Immigration system here is sick, they no only have sufficiant number of people, also people they have there are not one of the best as far as capability,knowledge or work ethics's concern"

THEY MUST OUTSOURCE THESE JOBS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

so frustrating.

you can call the Customer support and ask them to generate a query why your AP is not approed yet. that's what i did mine was ND 10/02/2003 Apporved 02/02/2004.

Since it has been more than month that they said they are processing oct 8 th for AP the CustomerService Rep has to generate the enquiry request on your behalf..

try it if you want AP badly
