Its like old gramaphone

Hi

Daily i am checking both online and the tele phone message
i am seeing and hearing the same old message like the old scratced gramaphone record .Even i applied for Ead renewal last month and the check for the same cleared but i didn't get any notice or new card ,and i am trying to contact the IIO's that too i am unable to connect.what am i do?
