Its ik to travel??

I am conditional green card holder, and my marriage to my husband is falling apart. my condtitional GC will be expired this coming august 2006, and i want to go home to my country this coming march to attend the wedding of my bestfriend... IS it ok for me to travel... I alreday went home since i first got my GC i been home for two months, and now i wanna ask if its ok for me to travel again to my country. I am from philippines..

You already have your conditional GC that allows you to travel without restrictions as long as it is valid. If you plan to stay away for more than a year, you should get a re-entry permit.
