It's been more than 110 days.. no EAD..Please Advise

My I-765 ND is 08/11/2003. It's been close to 110 days. I didn't get the Approval. There is no RFE either. But i got an RFE for my I-140 and it got approved.

I-140 ND 10/23/02
I-140 Approval Date 11/16/03

I-485 ND 11/08/03
I-765 ND 11/08/03..

Can i call VSC? Please Advise....

Dear Patpat,

I agree that it is time for you eqnuire but it is better to wait for
one more week for the following reasons. You had an RFE for your I-140 and it looks they don't issue EAD/AP once there is an
RFE. I didn't know when you replied to your RFE but your case is
approved on Nov 16th. As your I-140 is approved. EAD will also be approved. Last week being Thanks Giving holidays it is better to wait till this weekend. I also saw a posting here in the forum that somebody's I-140 (H1Need) was approved on Nov 13th but it looks the online system was updated only on Dec 01. It looks
there is some delay in online updating. Considering these two
aspects your EAD might have been approved by now and even might be in the mail now.

So just wait for a week and call the center.
