It's 26 months from date of receipt

Hi,
I called service center to change my address and also I was checking with CS about duration for 485 approval process.

Guess what!!! She said that now it is taking 26 months from date of receipt.
 
I would never have guessed! So that's why people have been getting all worked up about this for the last 2 months.

I am really sorry to hear that. I hope Mr. Khatri can somehow convince the USCIS and the Congress for more funding so that people like you would be approved soon.

well ..

personally, I dont htink this is an issue of funding... it does look like, uscis have been secifically instructed to go slow on the whole adjudication and approval of 485 process....
