Somehow I see the focus (hocus-focus) shifting from 485 to other stuff on the side.. like EAD/AP and other. Hope that we continue to stare at the 485 stuff and not get diverted along the way. Luckily we all don't work in the same firm else I would think that we would have staff meeting here.

I think EAD and AP are also important for those who filed I-485.
Because of 12+ months wait on i-485. and I dont think there is another popular group where you can find EAD / AP related messages or get current status of EAD / AP because everyone visiting this site would have filed for EAD / AP one time or the other.
One question. your signature says "AD 11/xx/02"
is that correct? may be ?? will be better than xx because most people use xx where the information is private / dont want to disclose.
for me AD is ??/??/0?

I have no complaints about AP/EAD being here but it feels terrible to see that 485 is being side tracked by the problems lot of us are facing with AP/EAD. It was just a comment...
I was being optimistic of the AD date.. but I guess your idea looks better .. . Thanks...
