It seems TSC improved it\'s performance in December ..No. of Pending Cases decreased.

I have been monitoring these processing times for the last 13 months. Every month I have been taking the print outs.
By end of 12/01 - 429,924 By end of 11/01 - 661,504
By end of 10/01 - 646,557 By end of 09/01 - 684,553

  By looking at the above figures, TSC has reduced their pending cases by 35% in December itself. Please note that we do not know about how many cases filed in December. If we take those figures also, the percentage will go up. If this trend continues, we could expect more approvals now onwards like yesterday. Hope my predictions will become true. God bless us.
 
Did you get the yellow form that requires varification of employment too?

My ND date is 7 months before yours. I am still waiting for FP. TSC is not improving. It all depends how lucky you are to be randomly chosen by TSC.

where did you get 42,994 pending I485 by 12/2001 at TSC? I saw it was 69,653. Did I misread it?
 
I am talking about all types of cases, but not only I-485\'s.

Total Number of all cases pending by 12/31/01 are 429,994.
 
AP help pls.

My AP was approved on Dec 20, 2001 (last year) but niether my lawyer nor myself have received the AP documents...anyone else faced this situation? I\'m not sure if it is lost in mail or are folks on this chat also facing similar situation where their mail from TSC is taking a long time to arrive??

Pls. help...
 
AP not received

my lawyers says that if we don\'t receive it, then we have to file a new AP application, new snaps which would involve 60-90 days waiting period for the approval...any other suggestions??
