so you should see the NSC processing date move in the next few days. I believe my case was the only one holding the processing date from moving forward.

I sincerely thank everyone for providing valuable information and support during my looooong gc journey.

Also, since I believe my case was one of the most mangled cases, your turn to say approved WILL COME.

I have posted this info many times, but here it is once again.

LC : 2Q of 1999

I140: Applied 3-4 times don't remember exactly, mostly due to lawyer messups. Process included denials and approvals in both EB3 & EB2

I485: I think app got rejected once because of incorrect I140.
RD: 08/24/2001
ND: 09/13/2001

1FP: May 2002

1RFE: Aug 2002; BC for me, BC & medical for spouse.

2RFE: Nov 2002; Birth Affidavit for me & spouse
Spouse's RFE got lost in the mail and had to call NSC a number of times to resend it.

Replied to my 2RFE in Feb 2003 and my spouse's RFE in Apr 2003

2FP: May 2003

Did a status enquiry on Feb 8, 2004 - received reply in 3 days stating still processing 09/06/2001

AD: 03/24/2004

Hope it gives some relief to those waiting for a long time.
 
For some people things get delayed because not for their own reasons, but for others...like attorney and his staff or employer not issuing letters in time..., this is called Fate.
Anyway you crossed a big hurdle. Congrats!!
