INS got information from different sources that lots of indian I-485 applicant has either fake degree or laid off with no chance to get a job offer soon. Most of the late 2001 filers (sept to december) got laid off and has no job offer in future due to stagnant economic downturn. Thats why INS now a days issuing mass RFE or interview to verify the eligibility. Whether you like it or dislike it, you must have a job or future job offer for GC eligibility. Current situation is so bad that no body will give you that assurance for a job offer. So all I can tell you my friend, INS is working very smartly. Its a double edge blade. Good news for still survivor/ new filers and bad news for sept 2001-dec2001 filers. You guys going to see more RFE and interview in coming months. So be prepare. Dont be rude reponding this thread, it will show your current status. If you have a steady job and job offer, nothing to worry and no need for harsh word. Only who doesn't have any or looser will be big time mad at me and start looking for spell mistake.

Why do you plead not to be thrashed as an addendum to all your emails? It has to (beating you red and blue) happen because very sight of your name triggers that mental action on this portal.

Did you say "Indians"? Whatever happened to people of your ilk. I guess they do not even come under consideration post 9/11 for reasons well known.

At least Indian people are getting their cases processed (RFE or not).

Guys, has anybody seen Habibi congratulating anybody on approval? I have not.
 
Only thing that can be noticed in last few days would be VSC pushing the gas paddle. There are more approvals (and RFEs) in last few days. My prediction is VSC wants to start working on Sept cases by early august (and they might/should do parallel processing for sept & oct cases because of less no of cases filed in sept due to 911).

As for fake degrees and job offer etc.. you have the freedom to express your views and others have freedom to ignore you( return the favor). Personally I believe these check should be done during labor certification . I-485 is for "changes of status" and shoudl be limited to that. But like they say.. its not a perfect world.
 
I guess there is no use trying to make her (Habibi) see logic.

She is trying to be helpful to us all by providing a platform to vent our frustrations of delayed GC process.

I totally agree with your view that INS is cracking the whip on fake applicants. I think they should also crack the whip on persons who drive cabs and falsely claim to be US educated pharmacists!! How this candidate passed the English language test(s), I don't know; do you, ho? Perhaps the institution this person attended was run by a f**kin mullah who thinks giving out pharmacy degrees to underqualified candidates is a good way to wage a jihad, right habibi? Sock a few innocent souls with a biyatch pharmacist who can't read!! I wonder what INS would do to this person when they find out about the true intentions. What do you think, habibi? Do you think they will imprison the biyatch pharmacist for life and make her eat dog $hit everyday?
Perhaps they will deport her because of her "neuronal disorder" disease (where the f**k did you come up with that $hit, btw?).

My earlier doubt was unfounded. Looks like Habibee does want to congratulate people on their approval, but since no body from her tribe ever gets even considered by INS, she cannot do that (congratulate).

This article has no direct business to be on this forum but so are the baseless and fundamentalist insinuations of people like Habibi et al on this forum.

Indirectly, I guess major part of the reasons for so many security checks/RFEs etc. in GC process has been last years' events (9/11 etc.).

Therein, lies the reason I found this article to be relevant and worth a read. Hope it will give some light to Habibi's "brain" and she will stop posting senseless mails here.
