It is weird !!

My wife and I filed I-485 in June 2002. From online status we found that USCIS had sent out RFE's at the end of March. But we have not received them. We contacted our attorney by email, phone and we couldn't reach him. At same time we also found that he has been sued for the failure of commucation to his clients in Illinois.

So we called 1-800-375-5283 and asked them to send the RFEs again (to where I live). It seems they did send out another one from online status. But we still have not received the letters after two weeks. I guess they sent the letters to my notorious attorney again ---- !

it takes 4 weeks to get something from BCIS.....get help from another attorney or your congressmen or try to call again and they can send you as many times you call so dont worry.....if I were you i just get another good attorney involved in this.
