My case is RD Jan/2002 case. This is what my attonery told me:

I called today to check in your case. The file was transferred from the examiners to an outside contractor to reschedule your fingerprints. That contractor is backlogged, but has been instructed to clear up the backlog. They hope to have a fingerprint rescheduling notice within 30 days. If you
don't have a fingerprint rescheduling notice within 30 days, I can check in again.
