Is it legal to file new AP WHILE another applicatin for AP for the same beneficiary is still pending.
The reason for this is one of my friend's AP application has been pending since June, and call to customer service does not lead to any positive result. And he is planning to travel soon. The idea is that new application might lead to a early approval (or triger the CIS to search his pending application).
