Hello everyone.

Here are my details.

I-140 NIW

ND April 21st 2002

1st RFE July 25th 2003,

2nd RFE August 20th 2003,

APPROVED OCTOBER 7th 2003 after 526 days. I just want to say thank you to everyone on this site, it is a great source of comfort in very trying times. Good luck to you all, and if anyone needs a good lawyer for their NIW RFE, mine is excellent. Thanks

Wish that you break the record for 485 by getting it approved in minimum number of days.

Hi 400days.

I will appreciate if you could share info on the two RFEs that you received.

My I-140 application was filed on March 29, 2002. I have still not received any RFE or approvals/denials :( Even my EAD is not yet approved which was filed in September 2002. My I-140 application was filed using Labor Substitution under EB3 category.

I'm happy for you and wish your I-485 gets approved soon.
 
High5, you have to get serious about it man. People of you era and later are already getting their green cards (physical cards).

Push your attorney, contact your congressman, change your attorney, whatever it takes, find out what's going on in your case. If you are serious about immigration you won't mind spending little bit money.

In 485 forums I read a post where BCIS lost the file of one person's spouse and his case was held up like this, he changed his attorney, his attorney took appointment with BCIS and found out the problem, created another file for his wife and got him approved in one week.

You may keep on reading posts and asking for help in the forums rest of your life but that won't get you approval. In your case you have to make it happen, because you have waited a long long time beyond the normal time.
