TSC proc date does not need to move forward
TSC processing date does not need to move forward....
with 1/02/01 they will be within 990-999 range!
My guess is the date, at the most, will move to 1/08/01 on 10/01/03 !! And hopefully 1 day for every day there after...

No Surprise!
When it was Dec 2000 for 'God Knows' how long, it was no surprise at all that it didn't move from 1/2/01 with an update which was released in 15 days ( Aug 31 to Sep 15). Too much to expect from TSC!!
New Fiscal year (FY 2004) starts from October 1st. Lets see if it really moves in any different way than this fiscal year!
May be it is a good idea to look at how TSC processed I-485 from October 2002 to Spetember 2003 ( FY 2003).
