Issues with getting B1 for parents while on EAD?

I am going to switch over to EAD from H1B.

Just wanted to know if I should expect any issues in getting tourist visas for parents laws while I am on EAD?
Is there any additional documentation required (other than the usual) for them to apply?

Has anybody run into any issues?

No -- it does not create any additional issues.

You would need to send documents proving your status (485 receipt etc instead of H1B papers)
