Issue with Website...got me for 1 sec.

Logged into my portfolio, saw my case list, saw the last updated date which is still 09/29/2003 (3 days after i filed my case),clicked on the link to see the stupid msg "ur petittion was recd on bla bla", instead of that i saw "this case number could not be found "...got me for 1 sec, did same with i-485...same stuff...tried 10 diffenrt numbers in different combination..none was found in there system...


WHAT IS GOING ON THERE?

any one know anything?
 
DB failure ?

May be the system of record DB was not available and thats their user friendly error message.
as with USCIS you can assume what user friendly is anyways :)
BTW the processing dates are far ahead than our predictions.
true or not is a different issue but makes you feel good i guess..
