issue with my I-130

So earlier i had a post about making a mistake on my I-130. I called them and they filed a typographical error report. (which i received confirmation by mail about a few days ago)

So more problems. On the form, I check that I naturalized through my father (when i was 17) but did not have a certificate of citizen. (thus I included a copy of my passport). So now my father, who i don't talk to often tells me that I indeed have a certificate of citizenship.

what do I do. My feeling is I send a letter to the Vermont office with a copy of my certificate and explain. What do you guys think. (thanks in advance)

Are you talking about filing I130 petition by you (a US citizen) for a relative?

In that case, you need either a US berth cert or naturalization cert or cert of citizenship or copy of unexpired US passport to prove your citizenship. So if you included copy of US passport, you should be fine.
