my application was sent to texas for h1b transfer, however it was returned with the note that the quota was filled.
It was sent again with note of explaination that it was a H1b transfer application and not a new H1b application. This was 3 weeks back and I haven't received the receipt notice from INS yet. Is there anything I can do about this?
