My husband changed jobs in US 2 times in the past 2 years and eventually has THREE i-797 \'s. Passport has not been re-validated in accordance to the latest h1b. Recently i observed that the first name on the (latest) approval notice has been mis-spelt.
1. i would like to know if theres any problem in general. also GC has been applied via the current employer, will the mis-spelt error pose a problem and trigger questions from the INS.
2. is it necessary to get visa revalidated? the first h1b and its i-94\'s expiry date is oct 2002 whereas the new i-94 which came with the new h1b notice has expiry date of 2004. Where to revalidate and how?
