I have Filed I-140 and I-485 0n 12/30/2004[EB3]. When My Lawyer send the document she did not fill the dates after her signature .The mail room return the application on Jan first week saying it is undated document. My lawyer filled the date and sent the application to Nebraska Service Center .they accepted only I-140 but decline to give receipt number for I-485 saying there is no visa number for EB3.
She already sent a mail to the INS officer stating that the application has been reached Nebraska Service Center on 12/30/2004 which before
Retrogression. But the Officer decline the request . My lawyer says he has filled appeal .I wanted to know whether any luck for me to accept my I-485 application.
Please Help me
