Issue in H1B transfer,URGENT help required

Hi Experts,

I am on H1B for a company A, then company B offered me better job.So applied for H1 transfer to company B, later received an RFE from uscis,also submitted related documents to uscis wrt rfe. Just received a denial in transfer, so i have couple of queries.
1. So do i still remain with old company A?
2. Can i appeal against the denial, if so what are the chances of approval.If the denial again gets rejected, do my H1 gets cancelled?
3. What are the different options available right now?
Your Urgent help on the same is highly appreciated.

Yes, you can and have to.

You cannot appeal, your employer may appeal. The denial notice will state if they can appeal.
3. What are the different options available right now?

But my old employer ie company A told me that i get automatically removed from his company once i file for h1b transfer,does that holds true? if yes then i am not in status,its a serious issue.Is there any provision wherein to get back on status.

Even I have a similar case recently (H1 Transfer got denied 27th April)
Can you share your experience with me (the next steps that you followed)?
