IF Bobby Jindal can bring on a resolution in congress to honor us IITians and american indians in general then I am sure they can do something about retrogression too.

Indians are particularly affeccted here. Its a really a sad plight.

If we could draft the information ( retro issue ) for Ministry of External Affairs in India and The Prime Miniters Office as a pressing issue for the NRIs I believe the issue would get some attention by US lawmakers and Congress.
