Hi,
I am DV winner and going to process in through USCIS.
Searched this forum and understood base way of processing, but still have some questions..
So the steps are:
1: Send DSP-122 to KCC (should I inlude photos and DS-230)?
2: Get response from them
3: Pass medica examination(what is that and where can I read what exactly should be examined?)
4: When case wll be active send documents to local ISCIS(what documents? DS-230? DSP-122?)
5: Get I-797C from them
6: Do biometrics with them
7: Pass name check or something...
8: Pass the appointment and get GC..

If you have something to say and clarify - please do that :)
Thank you!

DSP-122 should be enough.
2: Get response from them
OK
3: Pass medical examination (what is that and where can I read what exactly should be examined?)
Here is a link to get info about it: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-693.htm
4: When case wll be active send documents to local ISCIS(what documents? DS-230? DSP-122?)
I-485, I-693, e.t.c.
5: Get I-797C from them
OK
6: Do biometrics with them
OK
7: Pass name check or something...
That's part of the processing of your I-485.
8: Pass the appointment and get GC..
YES
If you have something to say and clarify - please do that :)
Thank you!
See my responses above in bold.
Also, for AOS - Adjustment of status, read #4 in this link: http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=215048.

I understand your confusion and am going the same route. I've talked to a number of people at the USCIS offices and visited the offices but that has just added to the confusion (so far) because of the contradictory advice.

Catseyes' thread is FANTASTIC and he (she?) is a great philanthropist spending so much time to help us. Unfortunately Catseyes' did not go this route and as you can see does not have as much info as we need.

The only info that I currently have is contradictory so I'm not going to post anything - if I find out anything concrete I'll post it here.
