Is your status changed after the fingerprint?

I did fingerprint three months ago. Nothing has been shown in the status since then.
Is this supposed to be?
Or your status should tell you that you have done fingerprint?

My status message has not updated either and I did them in November. I asked a friend who works at the NSC and she said that the message doesn't always update after the FP and to not worry about it. She looked at my case and told me that everything looked fine.

At leat I can relax a little bit.

I hate the inconsistency of procedure in these centers.
 
Park dont worry about the LUD. In my case for my wife and me LUD never changed from Dec 03 when we filled our I-485. After that we did our FP and nothing happend till last Monday.
First time date changed when they issued reff for her. In the forum you will see many cases with no change in LUD till they got approved.

Need not to worry....
 
No status change or updates after FP for me too.

My 485 LUD is unchanged after FP.
However, I got RFE for AP and EAD. After response, EAD got approved but AP remains the RFE date.
Anyone with similar experience?
BTW, I did not get a receipt after FP visit to USCIS local office. Did anyone get it?
