Is your I-485 A# the same as the A# that you have before?

Got the I-485 receipt notice but found that the A# under APPLICANT is different from the A# that I have on my OPT card! Do I have to inform them?
The OPT card is for F-1 student working after graduation.

Can anybody check yours please?
