Is your dependant's case still pending?

Hi,

My case was approved last October, but my spouse's case is still waiting. (We filed together).

Also everytime we check the case status, the message on the phone is "due to a temporay problem of the system, we can not access your information..."

Does anyone have similar experience? Any information is appreciated!

Mine got approved in dec' 2004, spouse still in waiting.

online message says due to temporary problems .......

We filed in Feb 2003 (Processing dates also crossed our ND).

no clue where to go........

That's waht I did. Call TSC directly; at meantime, contact Senator's office for help. Good luck
