Is w2, pay-stubs required for i-485?

Hi..All,

My attorney hasen't requested for w2's & pay-stub copies for my i-485. It has been already applied.
Do we need to submit these documents too?

Technically you are suppose to send paystub and w2-forms at time of filling 485.

it is better to contact your lawyer again and find out more reliable information.
 
It is not necesary

Hi it is not necessary...You can just send the Employment verification letter...Howeverit would be a nice idea to send it because then the chances of getting RFE at the end for employment verification will decrease ....
