is W-2 \'s reqd?

Hi,
is it a must to submit past 3 year w-2\'s.

my lawyer ask me the last year\'s w-2.

donot have a W-2 for 1999 but i have w-2 for 2000 and 2001. as i donot have a job for one year (1999) and i was not paid. last week i completed my finger printing at boston.

Am i going to get any problems in this final stage?
if any one have faced this kind of situation ,pls help me?
how to come outfrom this Greencard puzzle.

3 years W2 is not required

I submitted only one years W2 and Tax return copies and I my case is approved so don\'t worry.
