Hi

I checked my AVM today and it says I will get an RFE. I haven\'t received anything from INS yet. But I suspect it might be an Employment RFE.

I was laid off on 1/31/02, a little bit more than 180 days from my RD 8/2/01. Since then I was unemployed for three months. Then I got a full-time W-2 contract from a temp agency. I am doing similar stuff to my last job. I am wondering if I can respond the RFE with this temp job? It is not a perm job and it doesn\'t have a annual salary. I was thinking I might ask the temp agency to sign an employment letter like this:

We respectfully request that you approve his I-485 petition so
that he can obtain their permanent residency status soon. Thank you
for your help. If you have any questions, please give us a call at

Is this good enough? Anyone responded RFE with a temp job?

Thanks

for GC, the job should be Full Time, so please don\'t even have any hint in your letter that you are

YOu never know how the officer respond, so go with the standard format, and YES: take help of an professinal attorney ( well known like www.murthy.com etc.). Its serious matter, so shouldn\'t be taken light.

Anyone else had experience of like this?

I know it is a serious matter but I am really low in $$$. If someone did it before, it would be great if I can copy it...

It is a full-time contract job, so I believe the wordings in my draft is true to the facts. Is it possible to improve the wordings to remove any suspicion of a temp job?

BTW, if you respond to an RFE, will the officier issue further RFE if he/she is not satisfied with this RFE?

Thanks a lot.
Yee Man
