i dialed this number but phone keep ringing no menu options... anyone has the same experience? or VSC changed new phone number?

it is the same number, you have to wait until you get the voice, you need patience. It is slow though for some reason.

Till a couple of days ago, it used to ring for 7-8 times and then after a brief silence, the usual "Hello, You have reached VSC" message used to come...

Today, it rang forever...after about 40 or so rings...a message saying "Your party is not answering, please try your call later" message is coming....

Did anyone get through to AVM today?

This morning I dialed at 8:15am. The phone kept ringing for nearly 30 rings and I hung up. I had seen where the phone goes blank wait for sometime and then we do get voice, but recently it kept ringing. Do we need to wait still more?

Today around noon, I got the voice message after few rings and heard that "you case has been received on ..." message,
during the last weekend, it said "case not found", I tried now(9PM), it rings for ever. Some thing is wrong with the AVM setup.

I know what\'s wrong! Probably the antiquated phone system is getting flooded and crashing! I tried y\'day and got the forever rings..
It\'s sad that INS is not only delaying applications by years but doesn\'t even care to provide a decent system to get status information.
