Called yesterday and this morning. Get a message, " we are closed temporary due to emergency....". Is this normal??!! Did anyone else experience this?!

Looks like. I got the similar message back in Feb. But when I tried on the sameday in the afternoon it worked. Will they be working internally and just not attend any phone calls. I think it happened last Friday too.
