I filed concurrently I-140+I-485+AP+EAD on Feb 2005.
I received an RFE for AP+EAD on April 15th requesting copy of driver's license.
USCIS received my RFE response on April 27th. So far I haven't got any approval on my AP, EAD.
I also received the fingerprint notice on April 2nd.
Then I received another fingerprint notice on April 10th for my wife only.
Question is this, would USCIS be waiting for the results of this 2nd fingerprint in order to issue EAD, AP ? Or those are unrelated ?
